1. How do I place an order?

Simply choose your preferred style on the product page, click “Add to Cart”, and follow the simple checkout steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and notify you once it has been shipped!


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 3–4 business days to process before leaving our warehouse.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.


3. My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking information may take 1–2 days to update in the carrier’s system.

In rare cases, carriers may lose packages. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact us at Support@godsoulgift.com, and we’ll assist you.


4. I need help with a delayed order

Orders are usually delivered within 4–6 business days after shipping.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at Support@godsoulgift.com for prompt support.


5. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.

7. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact our support team and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. How do I return my order?

All products at Godsoul Gift are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

However, we stand behind our product quality. If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement.

Simply send us a support request with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll review it immediately.
