Return & Refund Policy

Important: Made-to-Order Products

All products from Godsoul Gift are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you, so please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns or Exchanges Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor differences in color, alignment, or print placement due to the production process
  • Orders that have already entered production (production begins 12 hours after purchase)

💡 Please review the size chart and product images carefully before checkout.
All orders are considered final once production has started.


Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a full refund or free replacement if the issue is caused by us, including:

  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, design, or size sent
  • Manufacturing or printing defects
  • Orders confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

In eligible cases, you are not required to return the item. We aim to minimize unnecessary shipping and waste whenever possible.


📩 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at:

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the issue (required for damaged/defective claims)

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.


💰 Refund Options

Once approved, you may choose:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Free replacement product, produced and shipped at no extra cost

In some minor cases (e.g., small cosmetic issues), a partial refund may be offered.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs (if return is required)
  • Other cases: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Processing Time

  • Review & approval: 2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Replacement production & shipping: 7–14 business days

Most customers receive refunds or replacements sooner than estimated.
