Orders are processed within 3–4 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

We proudly ship worldwide with simple flat-rate pricing:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • Flat shipping fee: $6.99
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check your order status anytime via our tracking page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Shipping fees do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges once the package arrives in their country.

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier delays

6. Shipping Issues & Solutions

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Your responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • No changes: We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
  • Returned packages: If returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
  • Address verification: We recommend using address verification at checkout.

Before completing your order, please confirm:

  • Full address (including apartment/unit number)
  • Correct city, state/province, and postal code
  • Correct country
  • Valid phone number for carrier contact

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Step 1: Check within 24–48 hours:

  • Front/back doors, garage, side entrances
  • Neighbors
  • Mailroom, reception, or property manager
  • Household members

Step 2: Verify order details:

  • Confirm shipping address in your order email
  • Check tracking notes for delivery location

Include your order number and tracking number.

Important: Godsoul Gift is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist with carrier claims.

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

Recommendations:

  • Request signature confirmation (contact us before ordering)
  • Choose a secure delivery location
  • Install security cameras or lockboxes
  • Be present during delivery
  • Enable delivery notifications

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Step 1: Take photos immediately

  • Shipping box/envelope (all angles)
  • Product damage
  • Keep packaging materials

Step 2: Contact us within 3 business days

Step 3: Resolution

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund (your choice)

Significantly Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time + 5 business days:

If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Remote/rural delivery locations

7. Free Shipping Promotion

  • Orders over $150 shipped within the U.S. qualify for free economy shipping
  • Discount applied automatically at checkout
  • Not valid for expedited shipping
  • Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
  • Promotional rates may change

8. Multiple Item Orders

  • All items are made to order and shipped together once ready
  • Processing time is based on the item with the longest production time
  • For urgent orders, place separate orders or contact us
